We are a small friendly Club based near Hailsham, East Sussex and have been established since 1989.  We are affiliated to ASA South East Region.  We compete in the Sussex League, currently in Division 2.  The club has a very busy calendar. 

We offer swimming coaching for all grades of swimmer from Stroke through to Stroke/Stamina and up to National standard.  The Club trains every evening Monday through Friday at St Bedes School Swimming Pool in Upper Dicker and also on Saturday morning at the Lagoon in Hailsham. 

All our coaches and teachers are ASA qualified and police checked.  Our coaching staff is headed up by David Holt who is a qualified ASA Coach.  Dave has many years experience of teaching and coaching swimmers up to District and National standard.
